By accessing or using Sawa Jordan ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Sawa Jordan connects volunteers with organizations and volunteering projects across Jordan. We provide the platform that enables matching, applications, messaging, and related features. We are not a party to any arrangement made between volunteers and organizations.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
You agree not to post false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful content, impersonate others, harass users, or misuse the Platform. Organizations must represent their projects and needs truthfully.
Any volunteering activity arranged through the Platform is between the volunteer and the organization. Sawa Jordan does not guarantee placements, conduct background checks, or accept liability for the acts of any user.
The Platform, its design, code, and content are owned by Sawa Jordan and protected by law. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to display it as needed to operate the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sawa Jordan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
